Going home every Christmas is all about family and friends. It is what I always look forward to every year - to spend time with them. And I'm glad I made the most of my going home to Bacolod City. I spent every moment I could with my mom and brothers (also with cathy and matthew - the new members of our family) and made sure that I saw my best friends.
2008 was the first time for us to celebrate the Holidays without our father. He passed away a month ago, and although we miss him dearly, we are comforted by the fact that he is now in a much better place, in Heaven with our Creator and King. (Click HERE for wake and funeral photos.) Though I cannot relate to anyone how i feel without him, I'm just waiting upon the Lord for his plans for our family. I know that God's favor has always been with us.
CHRISTMAS EVE
it has always been our tradition to celebrate noche buena with the entire extended family. 2008 was no exception.

goodbye ortigas... after 4 years and 9 months of wonderful times in this area (only a year for me though), HSBC will be moving to it`s new home in Fort Bonifacio GLobal City. TOmorrow will be the beginning of something different for us... and hopefully something better.

i hate the rain. hate is such a strong word and i know i shouldn`t be using it. But if i were given the chance to use it for just once in this lifetime, i would use HATE to express how i feel towards the rain. and if rain were to become a person and murder is not a crime and a sin, i would have long killed the rain.
